Sundarajan Mutialu

CEO and Manager

President for 11 years of Aultimut International, Inc., an independent consulting firm, is a technical marketing and management consultant with a diverse background in advanced materials, materials processing, coating & surface modifications fields. In the past 20 years, he has held positions as Vice President of Plasma Technik, AG Switzerland, General Sales Manager of Airco Temescal Evaporated Products, Berkeley, California and Assistant to the President Jet Avion, Hollywood, Florida. Consultant to numerous high technology firms around the world, he specializes in augmenting the efforts of entrepreneurial firms by assisting in start-ups or to diversify into new markets, introduce new products and services, ad well as, international marketing & sales. His clients are as diverse as the technologies and markets that he has participated in including Fortune 100, 500, as well as branches of the armed forces and a cadre of international clients.

His track record of participation at various levels of engineering, management and new product development has yielded proprietary coatings used on 80% of current flying and 30% of current naval turbine engines on both commercial and military applications; developed Space Shuttle the material and coating to prevent spalling, including high temperature coating for the Shuttle main engines material and coating for the first adiabatic Diesel engine developed for use with military tanks used in extreme environment like Desert Storm and now commercially being used in the GM Northstar engines introduced TIN coating and applications initially in the U.S. then North America including the installation of 6 coating facilities from ground up; involved in developing the market for the first man-made polycrystalline diamond and materials for hip, knee, and teeth implants.

Petr Dědek

Dr. Dědek started his career at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania as a Research Scientist. For 3 years, he designed and created perforated polymer membranes with molecular sieving properties. Managed graduate students and wrote articles in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, the Journal of Organic Chemistry and Langmuir.

Then, he returned back to his home country and ultimately became the Managing Director and Sales Manager of the start-up Dutch Company Goedhart Bohema, in Nymburk, Czech Republic, while starting out as their Production Manager. For 9 years, he hired the initial 4 people, and then increased to 80 people prior to his departure. Gained new customers and expanded sales to include Eastern Europe, while managing production/sales/export/import logistics. Set-up and supervised the company’s design, sales, finance and production departments. Took the company from start-up and grew the company to 8.2 million Euro, by designing a new range of products and introducing standard products to new markets.

Thomas Peterson

Legal Counsel and Patent Law

Thomas Peterson is of counsel to Brundidge & Stranger P.C. and has practices intellectual property law for more than 25 years. He was a partner at Merchant & Gould, P.C. prior to joining the firm.

Mr. Peterson has counselled clients in a wide range of intellectual property law matters, including patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution, litigation, unfair competition, licensing and related antitrust and trade matters. During the course of his career, he has held numerous positions having major responsibility for the parent portfolios of many industry leaders in the electrical and electronics fields.

In addition to advising clients, Mr. Peterson has taught as an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law and Howard University School of Law. He has also written numerous papers and articles on various intellectual property law matters and participated in many panel discussions before law and business groups related to intellectual property law.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Peterson was an engineer at the Packard Electric Division of General Motors. He also worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office before entering law practice.
